Interested in visiting Gobabeb?

Gobabeb is located in the beautiful Namib-Naukluft Park, and welcomes visitors who wish to explore the diverse ecosystems of the Namib Desert.

We are conveniently located on the routes between popular tourist destinations such as Swakopmund, Walvis Bay, Sesriem and Sossus Vlei, as well as destinations in southern Namibia.

Gobabeb can accommodate a limited number of visitors in furnished rooms or tents. Catering of meals is also available. Our catering rates are here. To see more about our accommodations, please see our brochure.

We welcome visitors, but our capacity for hosting visitors is limited and it is vital that bookings for accommodation be arranged well in advance. Because Gobabeb is located in a protected area, visitors must make prior arrangements for a park permit from the Ministry of Environment & Tourism.
